SeV Ultimate Hoodie - iPod-Friendly Sweatshirt

SeV Ultimate Hoodie Sweatshirt - iPod Friendly Sweatshirt - Technology Enabled Clothing
The Bottom Line
Sun Valley's ScottEvest clothing designers know you can't be separated from your gadgets by travel, and they've created "technology enabled clothing" that makes it easy to bring 'em all along. The TECĂ‚® line features the cool MP3 player-friendly "Ultimate Hoodie" -- a decent sweatshirt that loves your iPod as much as you do and proves it with gadget grabbing pockets galore. We like it for taking stuff to school in style -- travelers recommend packing the pockets for easy airport check-in, too.

Guide Review - SeV Ultimate Hoodie - iPod-Friendly Sweatshirt
Many years ago in a galaxy far, far away, I rode a Whistler chair with a tech weenie who had the most ingenious little thing - a portable cassette player with earphones. It was called a Walkman. Wow - what a concept! I wanted one.
Well, we've evolved -- our species has done away with cassettes and now we've got clothing made just to carry around the grandbaby of the Walkman -- SeV iPod-packing duds. Carries cell phones, too. Water bottles, credit cards -- a place for everything and ways to keep everything in its place.
I had some fun fooling with the ScottEvest (SeV) hoodie -- finding all the pockets provided entertainment in itself. Cell phone or iPod earbuds get threaded through hidden holes, which I managed after some dexterity-testing fumbling; it was off to the races, then.
Perhaps the Ultimate Hoodie's design genius shows best in the pockets within pockets -- no bulky masses give away your hidden goodies. Very trick. Interior elastic pocket straps make stuff stay put, and magnetic pocket closures seal gear getaway spots. (They *whap* closed when least expected -- that's kinda fun, too.)
Testers found the $100 MRP steep, but the SeV hoodie is a high-tech hit for around $70 (pre-order price).
